At AWAAM Streetwear, we work to make your shopping experience simple and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping option(s):

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 6-8 Days
Express Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 Days, where available

The available shipping method will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery location.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation containing the available tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are:

Standard Shipping: 68/- rs.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is 6-7 days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

The estimated delivery timeframe is not a guaranteed delivery date.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information through EMAIL/WHATSAPP, where tracking is available.

You can use the tracking number provided to check your shipment's progress with the relevant courier.

If you have not received tracking information within 8 days after your order is marked as shipped, please contact us at awaamstreetwear@gmail.com.

6. Delivery Issues, Delays & Incorrect Addresses

While we work with delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at awaamstreetwear@gmail.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

For damaged packages, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs or other relevant details if requested.
